Almost 8 months old

Zoe is quickly approaching 8 months. She is now very mobile, although not officially crawling yet. She moves backwards more than forwards when she's on all fours. Here are a few firsts for Zoe:

• goes from laying to sitting (ewwwww.....ahhhhhh)
• can pull up on things
• will kiss her Chocolate Moose (stuffed animal) on command with a big, open mouthed, wet kiss (yum)
• gets really upset if another baby takes her toy, she use to care less, now she's hyper aware of 'mine'
• sleeps without her wedges, that was an easy transition (phew)
• doesn't like papaya (I don't blame her)
• prefers to be on the ground to in our arms or in the excisaucer, she knows she can explore on the floor
• She shows her desire to have someone hold her by raising her hands or reaching out for them
• had her first kiss with a boy, full on, intentional, open mouth (probably some tongue) with her boyfriend Koben (I told her that Bodie and Gabe might be a little jealous)
• Went to her first birthday party (where she kissed Koben)
